Our community suffered a tragic loss with the passing of our Priest, Rev. Michael G. Cedro on August 16th 2020. To preserve his memory within the Holy Cross Family and Minisink Valley Community, The Knights of Columbus, Council 16365, has established a "Father Michael G. Cedro Scholarship Fund."
This year there will be three, $500 scholarships being awarded in Spring 2024. We know the cost of College, University and Trade Schools are expensive and these scholarships are designed to help three graduating High School Seniors cover an extra cost or book(s).
We hope, over time, the "Father Michael G. Cedro Scholarship Fund" will develop and grow into something bigger. Where we can award larger and or more scholarships to those in the Holy Cross/Holy Name of Jesus families, Minisink Valley Community and St. Peter's (Father Michael's alma mater)
